Description

IS Eclipse is currently presented as Ecocoat Eclipse, a high-solids industrial ceramic coating for painted and non-absorbent surfaces. It creates a hard, hydrophobic barrier designed to improve chemical resistance, ease of cleaning, and long-term surface durability.

IGL publishes 80% active content, 10H hardness, a contact angle above 100 degrees, and several approved professional application methods.

How to Use:

1. Confirm substrate compatibility and review the current Eclipse TDS and SDS.
   
2. Clean, degrease, abrade, and dry the surface as required for adhesion.
   
3. Prepare the coating and application equipment according to the official method.
   
4. Apply a uniform coat by HVLP, brush, or roller while controlling film thickness and avoiding runs.
   
5. Observe the published recoat and cure schedule, then inspect the coating before returning the surface to service.
