Ecocoat Headlight

Description

Ecocoat Headlight is a protective coating developed specifically for polycarbonate lenses. It adds a clear, glossy, water-repellent layer that helps defend restored headlights from UV exposure, environmental contamination, and repeat oxidation.

IGL publishes up to 12 months of durability, 6H hardness, and a contact angle above 95 degrees.

How to Use:

1. Wash and decontaminate the lens, then restore or polish any oxidized surface as required.
   
2. Wipe the lens with Ecoclean Precoat and ensure it is completely clean and dry.
   
3. Apply a thin, even layer with a suitable coating applicator.
   
4. Level and buff within the current TDS timing, removing all high spots.
   
5. Keep the lens dry and allow the coating to cure according to the current TDS before normal exposure.
