Ecocoat Poly

Description

Ecocoat Poly is a high-solids, single-layer ceramic coating for vehicle finishes. It adds gloss, smoothness, hydrophobicity, and resistance to environmental contamination in a simpler one-year protection package.

IGL publishes 70% active content, 8H hardness, a contact angle above 105 degrees, and an application flash time of approximately 4 to 5 minutes.

How to Use:

1. Wash, decontaminate, and correct the finish as required.
   
2. Prepare the panel with Ecoclean Precoat and ensure it is cool, clean, and dry.
   
3. Apply a thin, even layer to a small section with a coating applicator.
   
4. Allow approximately 4 to 5 minutes of flash time, adjusted only as directed by the current TDS and conditions.
   
5. Level and buff completely, then protect the surface during the published cure period.
