Description

Ecocoat Quartz is a professional high-solids ceramic coating reinforced with Graphene Infinite. It creates a hard, slick, hydrophobic protective surface with resistance to chemicals, repeated washing, and environmental contamination.

IGL publishes 80% active content, 9H hardness, a contact angle above 110 degrees, more than 120,000 scrub cycles under ASTM D2486, and chemical resistance up to 60 minutes under ASTM D1308.

How to Use:

1. Wash, decontaminate, and correct the surface as required for a defect-free finish.
   
2. Wipe the panel with Ecoclean Precoat and ensure it is cool, dry, and residue-free.
   
3. Apply a thin, even layer to a small section with an approved applicator.
   
4. Level and buff within the exact timing stated in the current TDS, removing all high spots.
   
5. Keep the surface protected throughout the initial and full cure periods and follow the official maintenance schedule.
