Ecocoat Wheel

Description

Ecocoat Wheel is a high-temperature ceramic coating for metal wheels and other compatible metal surfaces. It forms a hard, water-repellent barrier that helps brake dust, road grime, and chemicals release more easily.

IGL publishes 9H hardness, heat resistance up to 300 C, a contact angle above 95 degrees, and up to 1 year of protection.

How to Use:

1. Remove the wheel if needed for complete access, then wash, deiron, decontaminate, and dry it thoroughly.
   
2. Use Ecoclean Precoat to remove remaining oils and residues.
   
3. Apply a thin, even layer to a small section with a coating applicator.
   
4. Level and buff within the current TDS timing, checking around spokes, lug recesses, and edges.
   
5. Keep the wheel dry and allow the coating to cure fully before road use or exposure to strong cleaners.
