Microfiber Finishing

The IGL Microfiber Cutting Pads are produced using the same foam used on the IGL Foam pads. The microfiber surface are created using a specific grade of Korean microfiber to create a fast and efficient cutting job. The pads are designed to provide maximum durability on long throw dual action and rotary machines. The pads are tapered to ensure additional safety when working with long throw polishers, while the top part are created with an exact fit to the backing plate, providing a much more equal distribution of pressure on the surface of the pads which provides a much more efficient cutting, polishing or finishing.

The pads are also easily centered with the innerhole design, which also serves as a point to dissipate heat. The IGL Pads are a part of the IGL Abrasive system, and are designed to work very efficiently with the IGL Compound F1, Polish F2 and Finish F3. The end results are less heat, less dusting, less clogging of the pads and longer durability of the pads.
