Description

Ecocoat Wood is a water-based protective treatment that penetrates porous surfaces instead of creating a heavy visible film. It is designed for wood, wood-plastic composite, teak, cement, concrete, and brick while remaining breathable and preserving the original appearance.

IGL publishes zero VOC, 60% active content, a contact angle above 140 degrees, and QUV weathering performance from 300 to 900 hours depending on the substrate and system.

How to Use:

1. Clean the substrate thoroughly and remove oils, dust, mold, old coatings, and loose material.
   
2. Allow the surface to dry completely and test a small area for appearance and absorption.
   
3. Apply an even coat by the method permitted in the current TDS, such as brush, roller, or spray.
   
4. Allow the product to penetrate and dry; apply an additional coat only when required for the substrate.
   
5. Protect the area from water and contamination during the complete cure period.
